PROCESS FLOW CHART
• The temperature of bitumen is maintained at 130ºC and water at 60ºC to start production through thermic fluid heater.
• Before starting production soap solution is also prepared by mixing water, emulsifier and Hydrochloric acid till we achieve the pH value between 1.0-3.0.
• The n the Bitumen, water and soap solution valves are opened and through automated PLC control panel material is feed to colloidal mill for proper mixing and to get our finished product.
• The finished product is later on sent to storage tank and further supplied in tank lorry or drums as per customer requirement.

MSR RS-1 (Rapid Setting-1)
MSR Emulsion RS 1 is specially designed water-based emulsion
with low viscosity and fast setting time that makes it an ideal product for
spray applications. It is chocolate brown in colour and is free flowing
liquid at ambient temperature. MSR Emulsion RS-1 is
manufactured strictly as per IS 8887:2017.

Kerosene
: 2-3%
Emulsifier- 0.4-0.5%
Cacl2- 0.4%
HCL for pH- 0.3-0.4%
MSR Emulsion RS 2
MSR Emulsion RS 2 is specially designed water based Bitumen
Emulsion with high viscosity and fast setting time that makes it an ideal
spraying product for road maintenance. It is chocolate brown in colour
and is a
free flowing liquid at ambient temperature. MILESTONE Emulsion
RS 2 is manufactured strictly as per IS 8887:2017.

MSR Emulsion MS
MSR Emulsion MS is specially designed water based Bitumen
Emulsion with moderate viscosity and setting time. The medium range of
setting time makes it an ideal product for premixing applications. It is
chocolate brown in colour and free flowing liquid at ambient temperature.
MILESTONE Emulsion MS is manufactured strictly as per IS 8887:2017.

MSR Emulsion SS 1
MSR Emulsion SS 1 is specially designed oil based Bitumen
Emulsion with low viscosity, extended setting time and stability with
cement that makes it an ideal product for Prime Coat application. It is
black in colour and is a free flowing liquid at ambient temperature.

MSR Bitumen Emulsion CSS1h
Bituminous emulsion is a liquid form of bitumen in which a substantial amount of bitumen is suspended in a finely divided condition in an aqueous medium; bitumen is the dispersed phase and water is the continuous phase. MSR CSS-1h bitumen emulsion is designed to exceed the functional requirements of respective applications.
